How old were you when you decided to be a musician and what led you the instrument(s) you now play? I have been singing since I was a child and more officially since I joined the church chorus when I was 10. I don’t play any instrument, my voice is my instrument.
When you’re not rehearsing/performing/teaching, where are you most likely to be? Working as an Financial Controller which is my other profession, I am a CPA Accountant
After you finish a concert, what is the first drink you want to have in your hand? Champaign/Prosseco or red wine.
If there weren’t external factors involved, how long do you think a concert should go for? It depends of the style of music but for the perfect concert length is between 1 and 2 hours, no more.
When should we clap? Clap at the end of the songs that move you.
What is the story behind your debut album El Amor? My Album El Amor was inspired by all the songs from my childhood. I was raised in Venezuela and my Spanish grandmother always had romantic Mediterranean songs playing in the background, most of the songs in the album are of that style. I had a need to sing all those romantic songs from my childhood but in my own style.
What do you love about Bondi? The beach, the people, the style, the food and the sense that in Bondi I can be whoever I want to be!
